Payment is required prior to delivery of the yard greeting.

For the safety of everyone, especially children, please do NOT allow anyone to play on or around the display. Our items WILL NOT support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it.

Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display, Balloons get hot in the sun and could damage the sign if it touches the sign.

If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up.

Please do NOT remove our signs from your yard for any reason. Please contact us if they need to be removed. We will be happy to take them down early.

Sign Gypsies Westbank & The Parish and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.

ALL SIGNS ARE PROPERTY OF SIG GYPSIES WESTBANK & THE PARISH, you are responsible for any damage.

*** We will not be able to deliver if there is lightening or severe hazardous weather. If we are unable to set up your greeting due to severe weather, you will receive a full refund.

If you must cancel your yard greeting, please do so 48 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund.
